Cosmetic overhaul

LSeparate the cosmetic menu into 4 different sub-menus, them being
Particles, Gadgets, Pets, and Armor

new particles
Water halo
Lava halo
wings
Rainbow particle helix
New pets (Ability to ride them & players)
Skeleton horse
Cow
Wolf
Horse
new gadgets
grappling hook
trails
New armor
ability to change the color of your armor in a selector

I do feel like some more gadgets added would be cool! I know someone suggested a grappling hook but as a new plugin (https://feedback.bghddevelopment.com/d/289-grappling-hook) but I feel like it would fit here as a possibility for a new gadget. I also do think that different types of particles like you stated above would be also cool to see. I am not sure how I feel about pets. I feel like that would be a bit hard to add but the others +1

it would be awesome to see some new trails or some new particles added to this core so that you dont need another plugin when it could just be in one. like fire, diamond trail just anything that would look sick. Just add some new variety to it.
