/config have different looks when the player has uhc.edit.config; so if the player doesnt, then it should only display mandatory info like border apple rate and stuff like that, not everything because it really gives headaches when you look at it and you only want to check pvp time for example
Maybe to something like this, as enderpearl is showing if enderpearl damage is on/off, the grass block is at which border the map gets flat, gold nugget is shrink interval, bedrock is border size, firework star is last shrink size, healing potion is final heal, sword is pvp time, apple is apple rate, paper is meetup time(first shrink), creeper head is mob ai on/off, anvil is latescatter time, golden apples are toggles for enchanted gapples and normals, item frame is spectating enabled or not, nether-rack is nether on/off, bed is bed-bomb on/off, potions are the potion options for nether.
